We are a smaller agency looking for some recommendations for social/website reporting software. We've been using reporting software from NinjaCat for the past year, but they haven't been able to accurately provide unique metrics (reach, frequency, unique clicks, etc.).

We really like that we can customize the design of the graphs in the program and are looking for something that allows custom metrics and is robust in terms of designing the reports.

Any suggestions?

Any tips or positive/negative reviews would be helpful. Seems like all of the programs we've seen require a mandatory sales call before we can see pricing or features.

We use https://www.cyfe.com to provide live data to clients. We build charts that pull data directly from tons of different sources. Clients can have their own login to see the page we have setup for them. Only about $20/mo. They offer a higher level with more features but the "Premium" at $20 works great for us.
