Our agency currently has a manual, printed, in-house proofing process. We are a very high-volume shop, and every piece of creative gets printed and sent around to 3 to 4 people (AEs, writers, CD, artist), a few times. This is cumbersome. However, it works to catch errors, as we rarely have errors upon publication. As more of our team is working remotely, and proofing is taking more and more of everyone's day, we are looking for a solution - to either, move the process fully online, or to consider an outside service, or a better internal process. Due to the quick turnaround of most of our work, we have concerns relying on outside vendors. We often need things back within the hour or day. What are you all using for proofing software/solutions/processes? We're not fans of making sticky-note edits within PDFs so we'd love a better, faster, but still accurate solution. Thanks!
