How much you reimburse employees for cell phone use? Do you reimburse at a flat rate, per call, pay in full, etc? How are the employees reimbursed ie. payroll, expense reports, etc. Who receives reimbursement (everyone, or just managers)? Is your reimbursement the same for all employees?
I read the comments from a question 2 years ago and just looking for the most recent policies.
We reimburse $50 a month on employees who are expected to use their cell phones for work often (all AEs and a few other key staff). For a few with seldom use we reimburse $25 per month. We don't put anyone on our company plan (principals only) anymore because it's too much trouble to take them on and off and employees don't want it that way/have their own family/group plans and that messes them up.
