Hi guys,

Our agency is rapidly growing and I'm struggling to decide how best to resource the growth. In the past we've hired a lot of talented generalists to wear a number of different hats but, as we grow, I'd like to start making a switch to more specialized roles and areas of responsibility so I can reduce some of the administrative workload on our owners and account leads. Would any of you mind sharing how your small agencies 5-15 staff are organized? Thanks in advance for the support!

Hi Jenn,

We have a couple org charts that may help. Make sure you're logged in and go to the Resources tab, Forms & Templates and then select Human Resources from the dropdown menu. They're towards the bottom.
