As our Membership Manager, Jessica will be one of the first people you speak with when contacting Second Wind. In addition to welcoming new members, she will be available to answer membership questions, provide advice and guide you to helpful content and information. Jessica will also be responsible for keeping our member records current so be sure to reach out when you have an update to your agency’s information or user list.
Prior to Second Wind, Jessica was a Project Manager at a national sign management company. In her role, she onboarded new clients making sure their transition was as smooth as possible while being their dedicated resource person, meeting and exceeding deadlines. Jessica has been in the customer service industry for 20+ years. One of her most memorable experiences was working at Walt Disney World in the Magic Kingdom.
In her spare time, she likes to cuddle up with her husband Andrew, sassy toddler daughter Mila and even sassier cat, Barnaby. She is the co-host of a podcast about empowering and celebrating women, loves a good glass of Pinot Noir and just finished paying off her library late return fees, whew! She is getting ready to publish a children's book and is finishing her first draft of a fiction novel.
