Primacy Builds Competency in Inclusive Design, ADA Compliance

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) did not anticipate a world where the internet and mobile technologies might need to be adapted for ADA compliance. Brand experience agency Primacy, Farmington, CT, is building a core competency in digital ADA compliance and inclusive design. This spring, they hosted a webinar on digital accessibility, and were recently given a shout-out in the Forrester Research report, The Inclusive Design Imperative: Win and Retain More Customers, for creating inclusive design personas.
