January 24, 2019, Wyomissing, PA – Second Wind, leading trainer of U.S. advertising agency professionals, announced it’s 2019 seminar schedule, and adding virtual training to their best in-person courses for account service, operations and financial employees.
“To supplement our popular two-day training events,” said Laurie Mikes, Second Wind COO, “we’ve developed new business, account service and succession planning virtual training sessions in which we combine instruction with peer group support. All of our training options now include peer interaction and discussion. These small-group virtual sessions enable us to reach many advertising industry people who cannot easily attend our live events. Attendees appreciate the opportunity to discuss issues and share advice with people in similar ad agency roles.”

The Second Wind live seminar seasonopens in April 2019 with Certified Account Executive College, a top-to-bottom training course for account supervisors, account executives and account coordinators. The popular two-day course will be held April 9-10.
On May 15-16, 2019, Certified Agency Operations, Workflow and Efficiency will be held for agency owners, traffic/production managers and operations personnel.
In the Fall, Certified Agency Financial Management, aimed at CFOs, financial managers and financial personnel, will be held on September 17-18, 2019.
The season closes with the Fall edition of Certified Account Executive College, October 22-23, 2019.

Seminars are $1,150 per person for Second Wind members, and $1,475 per person for non-members. Attendees who complete both days of a two-day session are eligible for Second Wind certification as Certified Agency Account Managers, Certified Agency Financial Managers or Certified Agency Operations Managers respectively.
