ZOOMGroup provides much needed insight and networking opportunities for agency principals and owners. These groups allow participants to walk away refreshed and armed with practical information that can be incorporated at the agency for better performance and success.

Each ZOOMGroup meeting consists of 12 agency principals/owners from non-competing markets and is held at Second Wind headquarters in Wyomissing, PA. The meeting offers attendees the opportunity to spend two days sharing information and exchanging ideas with other agency principals.  It's so rare that agency principals can come together in a non-competitive environment and really learn from one another.....ZOOM provides that opportunity.

Agenda Includes:

Day 1

8:00 AM – Continental Breakfast

8:30 AM - “Rapid Fire” Introductions
Participants will take a few minutes to tell us about their agency and what’s been happening in recent months.

10:00 AM – Bring a Business Challenge to the Table
Each attendee should prepare a few notes about a business challenge they have been facing at the agency so the group can discuss and share their advice and feedback. The challenge can be organizationally driven, client driven or more personal in nature.

1:00 PM – Lunch 
Working lunch, including a special topical presentation on trends and challenges in the industry, given by Second Wind.

2:00 PM – Continuation of Bring a Business Challenge to the Table

4:30 PM – Adjourn and get ready for dinner

6:00 PM – Dinner as a group

Day 2

8:00 AM – Continental Breakfast

8:30 AM –Agency Evaluations
Each agency is to prepare the following information as a short PPT or Keynote presentation and submit to Second Wind before the meeting.

  • Financials YTD and Full Previous Year
  • Overview of goals set for current year
  • Review of progress toward meeting current goals
     

The purpose of this session is to assess how well you're doing and whether you will meet your anticipated goals. The group will share their advice and insight on meeting and surpassing your goals for the current year.

12:00 PM - Working Lunch, continue with Agency Evaluations

2:00 PM Share a Great Idea or Recent Experience
Each attendee should prepare a few notes about a great idea or a recent learning experience they would like to share with the group. This could be a new process you've implemented, new skills you've developed, a recent client interaction, a creative program you are especially proud of anything you feel the group could learn from and apply at their agency.

3:30 PM – Adjourn for travel home

Registration Fee

$995 per person

Your registration fee includes breakfast and lunch both days and dinner on the first evening. Hotel and airfare are at attendee's expense.
