We have a banking client who has two primary competitors that are planning to merge next year. Has anyone helped a client capitalize on a similar situation? Our client is assuming there will be some uncertainty and chaos for customers over the course of the merger. We are drafting a strategy that includes a stronger market presence over the course of the anticipated transition, but were wondering if anyone else had pointers on particularly effective strategies they've experienced (or pitfalls!). Thank you!
