Laurie has been with Second Wind since 1996 and serves as our Chief Operating Officer. She oversees daily operations while staying closely connected to industry trends. Laurie regularly engages with our member agencies, offering guidance on financial management, growth strategies, and operational best practices. Her extensive experience provides agencies with valuable insights for building successful, sustainable businesses. In addition to consulting, Laurie leads training programs designed to develop account teams, operations staff, financial managers, and creatives for maximum impact.

When not at work, Laurie can be found enjoying outdoor activities with her two sons; volunteering her time at school and renovating old properties around town with her husband.
