Hi All, I am working on streamlining our Traffic Instructions to Station Process internally and am wondering if any of you use a system that may be less time consuming. Currently, we are sending the instructions to stations via email and asking them to confirm by signing and sending back to us. We then keep those on file for reference at billing.

Any suggestions/recommendations?

Amy - are you using a specific software package or system? And are you essentially referring to broadcast orders (i.e., purchase orders for broadcast or other media placements issued to broadcast stations or digital ad networks)? Or is this more an internal traffic issue? We just need some clarification before we can suggest alternatives. Thanks.
