Forums allow you you to communicate directly with other Second Wind members and receive their advice or guidance on any topic. This is a great way to tap into the power of our community which includes thousands of agency principals and employees.
We are a 20-person full service agency - branding/positioning, strategic marketing planning, content marketing, social, digital, etc. We have outgrown our "manual" project management processes, which have been cobbled togehter over the years using EXCEL spreadsheet-based and Google-doc GANTT charts, time scheduling, etc. Project team assigned and they are coming back with a preliminary recommendation that we subscribe to Wrike. Had not heard of it before and am looking to see if others have. You are the only one who has responded.
We currently use Clients & Profits for time tracking, billing, accounts payable, cash disbursements, and general ledger functions.
We are a small agency- 5 people, who currently use Wrike. We currently use it for project management, not for time tracking. We are looking to replace Wrike with a software system that can incorporate a more robust time tracking and better workflow system. If you are looking to use it strictly as a project "to-do" list, it's a great system. We just found that it had a lot of limitations for what we needed it to do.
