Our small agency (staff of seven) is looking for an affordable software/service that can assist us in media buying and analytics (including digital). Most of the services I've found are definitely for larger agencies with much larger media buys and our out of our budget. Our annual buys are just a little over $1 million but growing. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I spoke with you earlier on the phone. I looked at our Annual Agency Survey and 50% of respondents reported using Strata (
/). I also checked previous forum posts and Strata is mentioned more times that not. Another one that is mentioned is Bionic (
/) which seems to be very reasonably priced.
We're also a small media services agency and had been using Nielsen's SmartPlus for TV/Radio. They recently phased this software out. Frankly, probably a good thing. Even though it was relatively inexpensive, it was software based and they were not investing in improvements and web-based solutions. Strata is definitely the gold standard, but expensive. We've been approached by some other one-off solutions (ZingWorks, etc.), but they're primarily workflow solutions for full-service agencies. We have not uncovered a slam-dunk platform that assists with multi-channel media (broadcast, print, B2C, B2B, digital, etc.) and is affordable. We have recently starting offering in-house trading desk programmatic buying to our clients through Choozle and are very happy with the platform, performance and customer service.
